You can request a cancellation by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or Email within 2 hours of placing an order. After this window, the project is officially assigned to an expert.
Instead of a refund, we offer multiple rounds of revisions (as specified in your booking tier) to ensure the final delivery meets your expectations and brand standards.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if there is a documented failure to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work within a reasonable timeframe.
