You are responsible for providing accurate requirements, brand assets, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing necessary information may affect delivery timelines.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely. Depending on the service tier, full or partial payment may be required upfront to initiate the project.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the final delivered creative assets belong to the client. TechiesMedia retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is signed.

6. Limitation of Liability

TechiesMedia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or delivered assets.
